DERBY RULES

2023 Tom Banditelli Memorial Fishing Derby Registration Form

· This contest is open to all ages
· Anglers 16 years old and older MUST have a valid PA fishing license and trout stamp
· ALL fish must be caught, tags removed, and released back into the Owl Creek – Lower Reservoir
· Derby will run from May 27th to September 5th
· All participants must be registered to win prizes.
· You may register at any time during the length of the tournament
· To claim your prize, remove the tag from the fish and present the tag at Tom’s Auto and Marine - 250 S Greenwood St. Tamaqua PA 18252
· All trout must be legally and fairly caught. Any evidence of tampering with the fish or violating rules will result in disqualification.
· All anglers must comply with the laws set forth by the PA Fish and Boat Commission.
· Sponsors are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
· Eligibility of the trout in question will be at the discretion of the derby judges. Their decision is final.
· All tags must be presented for awards by 5 pm at Tom’s Auto and Marine on Sept 5th
· Tagged fish will determine the prize.
· Entry fee is $20 for angler 16 and over
